Job summary

CBRE APAC is seeking an Account Management Director to oversee the department responsible for delivering client commitments across APAC. This role sits within Operations Management, coordinating staff functions and operations to support the organization’s goals.

You will supervise staff, manage multiple projects and clients, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to meet contract specifics and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training and performance management.
• Additional sustainability program experience preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and plan resources accordingly.
• Oversee sales relationships with key customers and resolve conflicts.
• Lead project processes, develop plans, form teams, and manage timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives and contracts.
• Define project requirements with internal and client teams, exploring approaches to outcomes.
• Model CBRE RISE values and negotiate with external partners to reach common goals.
• Identify and solve complex operational problems leveraging available resources.
• Improve and evolve methods, processes, and standards within the role.
