CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a high-level Account Management Director to oversee client commitments and coordinate operations. You will supervise staff, develop teams, and manage multiple client projects while ensuring strategic plans align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisal.
• Ability to lead and communicate performance expectations and problem handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage team's daily activities and schedules.
• Consult with clients to understand business needs and plan resources.
• Manage multiple clients and serve as the point of contact for projects.
• Oversee sales relationships and ensure services are delivered.
• Direct the project process including planning, team creation, and timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to client needs and contract specifics.
• Define project requirements with internal and client teams.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and solve complex operational problems using appropriate resources.
• Improve methods, processes and standards within the role.
