Job summary

CBRE in Malaysia is seeking an Account Management Director to oversee the department delivering client commitments within Operations Management. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure high-quality service across multiple client projects.

You will lead project planning, resource allocation, and performance management while maintaining strong client relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet contract objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance measurement is preferred.
• Ability to lead exchanges of sensitive information and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and plan resources to service projects.
• Manage multiple clients and serve as the point of contact for systems and processes on projects.
• Oversee sales/relationships with key customers and ensure service levels are met.
• Lead project processes: develop plans, build teams, manage timeframes and performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned to client needs and contract specifics.
• Define project requirements with internal and client teams and explore approaches to achieve results.
• Leverage knowledge of business drivers to improve department performance.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and negotiate with partners to reach goals.
• Identify and solve complex operational problems using department resources.
