Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an APAC Account Management Director to oversee the department responsible for delivering all client commitments and to coordinate staff and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies.

You will supervise teams, manage multiple client projects, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; 8–12 years of relevant experience
• Strong engineering background with hands-on technical experience
• Experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, performance management, and employee retention is preferred
• Wastewater management or sustainability program experience is highly preferred
• Ability to communicate complex information and influence stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training, performance evaluations, and coaching
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, schedules, tasks, and deadlines
• Consult with clients to understand business needs and align resources with project plans
• Manage multiple clients, serving as a point of contact for projects and processes
• Oversee sales and relationships with key customers, ensure services and improvements are delivered
• Lead project processes, develop plans, assemble teams, and manage timeframes
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and contracts
• Define project requirements with internal and client teams and explore approaches to achieve results
• Lead by example and model CBRE values while negotiating with external partners
• Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems and improve existing methods
