Raha Legacy Holidays Sdn Bhd is seeking a Ticketing Executive to handle daily airline reservations, ticketing and related matters. You will search schedules, availability and airfares, manage bookings through airline portals and issue tickets via Galileo GDS after training.

The role requires accurate passenger details, adherence to fare rules, and timely amendments or refunds as needed, with opportunities for GDS training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good computer skills and comfortable with online systems.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with passenger information and tickets.
• Willing to learn, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to attend airline ticketing and GDS training.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily airline reservations, ticketing and booking-related matters.
• Search and provide flight schedules, availability and airfares based on customer needs.
• Manage reservations through airline portals and online systems, including GDS.
• Issue tickets through Galileo GDS after training.
• Ensure passenger details, travel dates, routes and fares are accurate before issuing tickets.
• Check fare conditions, baggage allowance, seat selection and deadlines.
• Handle amendments, reissuance, cancellations and refunds per rules.
• Monitor booking and payment deadlines to avoid charges or cancellations.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and issued tickets.
• Prepare and submit monthly ticketing and airline reservation reports.
