Job summary

Amcorp Group Berhad is seeking a Reservations Consultant to manage ticketing and travel arrangements for corporate clients in Malaysia. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and source competitive airfares in line with company policies.

You will issue tickets, invoices, exchanges, refunds and related ADM/ACM tasks, maintaining accuracy and timeliness. The role requires SABRE and POWERSUITE knowledge and flexibility for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Min. SPM or IATA/UFTAA Diploma.
• Min. 3 years’ working experience as a Reservations Consultant (preferably in corporate travel agencies).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of SABRE and POWERSUITE.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers on ticketing matters (flight bookings/reservations, hotel bookings, travel insurance, visa applications).
• Source and provide attractive airfares in accordance with corporate travel policies.
• Handle administrative ticketing tasks: issue tickets, invoices, exchange orders, refunds, ADM/ACM, etc., promptly.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
• Contribute to after-office-hours helpdesk on a rotational basis.
