Job summary

Mayflower Holidays Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented refund operations professional to manage airline ticket refunds and rebates. You will coordinate with airlines, B2B agents, OTAs, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and adherence to fare rules and SOPs.

The role requires 2–5 years in airline ticketing or refunds, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with GDS systems and MS Excel. You will handle disputes, settlements and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Handle airline ticket refunds and rebates in line with fare rules and SOPs.
• Review eligibility and supporting documents before processing refunds.
• Process various refunds: voluntary, involuntary, partial, tax and unused tickets.
• Ensure refunds are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
• Monitor refund cases from submission to completion and liaise with partners.
• Prepare documents for refund settlement and perform reconciliation.
• Maintain records for tracking, audit and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with airlines, B2B agents, OTAs and internal teams on refund status.
• Communicate refund progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Respond to refund enquiries and appeals via email.
• Ensure compliance with IATA requirements and SOPs.
• Assist with ad-hoc refund operations tasks.
