You will handle ticketing tasks using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre), verify data, and respond professionally to inquiries while maintaining compliance with airline rules and regulations. Prior airline or travel agency experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using GDS such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process flight bookings and issue tickets using airline ticketing systems and GDS.
• Verify passenger data and travel documents for accuracy.
• Handle ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and keep records.
• Respond to customer inquiries about bookings, fares, and procedures.
• Coordinate with airline partners and travel agencies to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with airline fare rules and travel regulations.
• Process payments and reconcile ticketing transactions.
• Support the ticketing team with admin tasks and targets.
