NYS International Freight Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Air Freight Customer Service Representative to join our team at KLIA facility in Selangor. This full-time position involves managing air freight customer requirements, coordinating shipments, and providing updates for smooth import/export operations.

Applicants should have a minimum of SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics, with 1–2 years of experience in air freight forwarding or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in air freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with interest in freight forwarding are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing operational requirements.

Mansioni

• Handle daily air freight import and export bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines and customers for shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and process shipping and logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and operational challenges.
