JET NOVA AVIATION SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service Executive – Air Freight to join our growing logistics team in Malaysia. You will handle daily air freight bookings, coordinate with airlines, and keep customers updated with shipment status.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in air freight or customer service, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in MS Office and Cargowise or similar platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in air freight forwarding or customer service; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office and logistics platforms such as Cargowise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and multi-task capable.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily air freight import/export bookings and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs, and internal departments for smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare and process shipping documents including airway bills, invoices, and tracking reports.
• Monitor and track shipments; provide proactive updates to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and timely responses.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal procedures.
