Job summary

SBS Total Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Customer Service Executive/Officer to coordinate shipments and fulfill customers’ requirements. You will represent the company professionally and ensure an exceptionally high standard of service to boost customer satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating import/export shipments, preparing declarations, handling inquiries, supporting sales, invoicing, and arranging insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service (Freight Forwarding Industry preferred).
• Ability to handle Cross Trade Shipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all import and export shipments based on allocation.
• Prepare permit declarations (Pure CO, Permit with CO, Permit for Export/Import/Air).
• Attend daily customer inquiries and provide order/delivery status updates.
• Handle incoming calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with sales to provide pre-and post-sales support.
• Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing and billings.
• Arrange insurance and claims for customers.
• Draft and issue quotations to customers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
