Job summary

KLIABEE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Junior Executive for Customer Service in Airfreight at KLIA, Sepang. You will handle bookings, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with customers and agents to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer service or logistics position and familiarity with air freight processes. Work location is at KLIA, Sepang, on-site, with staff benefits and a performance bonus dependent on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or logistics role.
• Knowledge of air freight processes and regulations is an advantage.
• Willing to work at KLIA, Sepang and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings inquiries and complaints on air freight shipments with customers and agents.
• Receive and monitor bookings until completion.
• Prepare, verify and issue required documentation such as Air Waybill (AWB).
• Ensure accurate data entry and billing in the system.
