Freight Mark Asia (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our Shah Alam team.

In this full-time role, you will maintain client relationships, handle inquiries via phone and email, and ensure accurate documentation across freight operations. You will coordinate with warehouse and operations, prepare quotes, and support sales initiatives while delivering friendly, professional service to international and local clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in freight/logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail in shipping documentation.
• Problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• English fluency; other languages are advantageous.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Process bookings and shipment requests with complete documentation.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates.
• Resolve complaints and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Prepare quotations and proformas.
• Assist with orders, invoicing and admin tasks.
• Support sales and marketing by identifying customer needs.
