Job summary

FR DEVELOPMENT ASIA SDN BHD in Bukit Minyak, Penang, is seeking a proactive Senior Admin Executive to join our administrative support team. You will oversee all administrative operations, provide comprehensive support to management and departments, and assist the sales team with invoicing.

You will maintain office systems, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, manage data entry and records, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment and procedures.
