Angel Water System Technology Sdn Bhd is establishing essential Administration, HR and Finance functions from the ground up. The role collaborates with Management to implement systems, controls and procedures, covering recruiting, payroll, records, and finances.
Ideal candidates hold a diploma/degree in related fields with 5+ years’ experience, and are comfortable navigating Malaysian HR laws and statutory requirements. English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia skills are a plus.
This is a key position for the company during its start-up stage. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the company's basic Administration, Human Resources and Finance functions, and will work closely with Management to establish proper systems, procedures and controls.
Key responsibilities
Set up and establish daily administrative operations for the newly established company.
Develop and implement basic administrative procedures, filing systems and internal controls.
Handle company documents, records, correspondence and official documents.
Manage office administration, office supplies, company assets and facilities.
Establish basic HR policies, procedures and systems for the new company.
Handle recruitment, interview arrangements, onboarding and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, overtime and employee movement records.
Coordinate monthly payroll preparation and ensure timely submission/payment of statutory contributions.
Set up and maintain basic accounting and financial procedures for the company.
Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments and receipts.
About you
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience covering HR, Administration and Finance.
Good command of English,Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian HR and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and employment-related matters.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiar with payroll processing and statutory submissions.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Mature, responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy.
Hands-on, proactive and willing to build systems and processes from the beginning.
