We are looking for a responsible, organised and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Puncak Alam. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR and administrative operations, including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration and general office administration. This is a hands‑on role suitable for someone who enjoys working with people and is able to manage multiple HR and administrative tasks independently.
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave and other HR‑related records.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and coordinate with payroll/accounting personnel.
Handle statutory matters related to EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters and other HR‑related documents.
Assist in employee onboarding, orientation and offboarding procedures.
Handle employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave and other matters.
Assist in maintaining company HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
Support employee welfare, engagement and disciplinary matters when required.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
Familiar with Malaysian HR practices and statutory requirements.
Good knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB processes.
Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and time‑management skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
