Job summary

Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Port Klang to manage expatriate travel and daily transport. You will arrange accommodation, hotel bookings, flights, and on-site transport, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin is an added advantage, and a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Social Science or other relevant field.
• Min 2 years relevant working experience.

• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office e.g Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle expatriates travel arrangements (accommodation, hotel booking, transportation, access cards).
• Arrange flight tickets and daily transport for expatriates.
• Coordinate lobby, meeting rooms, and VIP meeting room arrangements.
• Manage transport related tasks, driver schedules and vehicle assignments.
• Review invoices and procurement documents for transportation services.
• Submit monthly vendor payments to finance on time.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Assist superior in compiling management reports, budgets, and related activities.

Job Descriptions:-

Business Traveler Arrangement (Accommodation, Hotel booking & Transportation & Access Card)

Handling expatriatesFlight Ticket Purchase & expatriates daily transport

Lobby & Meeting Room & VIP Meeting Room arrangement

Leasing between Department Assistant and vendors as well as collaborating with other departments to optimize transportation services

Assist to assign driver for general transfer request via company internal system

Manage and coordinate transports related task including driver schedules and vehicles assignment

Developing and implementing improved transportation administration policies and procedures.

Daily transportation arrangement commutes to / from work for expatriates

Review and clarify invoice and procurement document related to transportation service

Submit monthly vendor payment service to finance on time

Complying to transportation regulations and company policies

Manage and monitor outsource contract related to transportation

Assists the Superior in compiling management reports, budget, and other activities as required from time to time.
