Job summary

Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites an experienced HR Senior Specialist / Team Lead for Training & Development to shape policies and drive training initiatives across the manufacturing footprint.

The role requires a minimum of five years in HR/admin management, familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws and ISO auditing, and strong leadership, communication and MS Office skills. English and Bahasa Melayu fluency; Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management within manufacturing

HR Senior Specialist / Team Lead - Training & Development Section

Develops, implements and reviews existing policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Manage and oversee the HR, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Create and refine company HR policies to support organizational goals and maintain legal compliance.

Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business initiatives and liaise with government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Assist in designing, developing and implementing training programs aligned with business objectives.

Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training solutions.

Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and employee development programs.

Ensure training materials and content are up to date and relevant to industry standards.

Lead the Training and Development team to ensure effective execution of employee training and development programs

Job Requirements

Candidates with a bachelor's degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin, Human Resource Management, Social Science or other related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management within a manufacturing setting.

Familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws, ISO auditing.

A team player with strong leadership skills, high integrity and a results-oriented approach to the Management.

Advanced skill in Microsoft Office e.g Excel and Power Point.

Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet the projects dateline, team player and independent.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage.

Good communication, report writing and presentation skills.
