Job summary

Lein Hing Holdings Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an Operation Supervisor to lead a team, drive productivity, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will manage daily tasks, coordinate with HR/finance/sales, optimize workflow, report KPIs, and maintain a safe, productive environment. The role requires 3+ years in Sales Operations and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree with 3+ years in Sales Operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (optional).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of employees to ensure productivity and quality.

Job description

Supervise and lead a team of employees, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Oversee daily operational tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, offering guidance and feedback.

Coordinate with different departments (such as HR, finance, or sales) to ensure smooth operations and meet company goals.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards.

Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Prepare reports for management on key performance indicators (KPIs), production efficiency, and staff performance.

Maintain a positive, productive, and safe working environment.

Handle employee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet daily operational needs

Requirement:

Minimum SPM/Diploma/ Degree, 3 years above of experience in an Sales (Operation)

Strong knowledge of operational systems, procedures, and best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools (optional, depending on the role)
