Responsabilidades Principales

• Apoyar en la planeación y seguimiento del programa diario de producción.
• Asegurar listas de asistencia del personal operativo asi como el T.E
• Generacion de Presentaciones gerenciales
• Verificar la disponibilidad de materiales, herramientas y equipo antes del arranque de línea.
• Capturar datos de producción en sistemas (ERP, Excel, etc.) y generar reportes diarios.
• Dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo y asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos y cantidades.
• Coordinar con mantenimiento, calidad y logística para asegurar el flujo continuo en el área.
• Realizar controles de inventario de materiales en proceso y productos terminados.
• Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con el área de producción.
• Promover y cumplir con las políticas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
• Realizar otras actividades asignadas por el jefe inmediato.

Requisitos Del Puesto

Escolaridad: Técnico o carrera trunca/concluida en Ingeniería Industrial, Producción, Mecánica o afín.

Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en áreas de producción o manufactura (deseable en ambientes industriales).

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Manejo de sistemas de captura (ERP, Excel intermedio, Power point, word, outlook)
• Conocimiento básico de procesos de manufactura
• Herramientas básicas de calidad (5S, control de producción, etc.)
