Responsibilities Of a Search Consultant

• Source, qualify, and guide clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client's hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements You'll Need As a Search Consultant

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
