In this role, you will lead complex digital programs across multiple projects from inception through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. You will manage cross-functional technical teams, coordinate resources, and oversee project timelines while fostering collaboration and efficiency. This position requires hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies, with a focus on driving decision‑making and prioritizing deliverables across multiple initiatives. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and executive presence. • Accountabilities
• Manage multiple digital programs and projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Document project activities, including plans, agendas, meeting notes, and weekly status reports.
• Track and manage project scope, resources, risks, and go‑to‑market steps.
• Motivate and guide both internal teams and clients to achieve project success.
• Drive decision‑making, planning, and prioritization across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands‑on experience managing multiple digital projects (web or mobile) end‑to‑end.
• Proven expertise with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; certified in Advanced CSM, CPO, or Agile Leadership/Coaching.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and related collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of web and application development lifecycle.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with executive presence.
• Ability to work PST core hours.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Nice‑to‑have: testing experience, product definition/requirements, and experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
