Formación

• Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
• Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
• Experience in the HR industry a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive net new business for Remote as an Account Executive.
• Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high velocity opportunities.
• Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.

Conocimientos

Experience selling into the UKI market

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

Strong customer service skills

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Self-motivated and self-directed

Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills

Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets
