Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Strong headhunting expertise, especially for Data Center roles.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn recruiting with advanced search techniques.

Responsabilités

  • Manage the recruitment process including sourcing and onboarding.
  • Leverage headhunting techniques to find candidates globally.
  • Track candidate progress using Recruitee and Jira.
