Requirements

• An IC product designer with extensive experience, demonstrated mastery of key pillars of end-to-end craft, and ability to thrive in ambiguity with minimal guidance.
• Work history showing autonomous ownership of design for a team or feature area.
• Preference for candidates with experience designing complex solutions in digital environments such as Payroll, Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing consistent delivery of outstanding results for business and end users, emphasizing quality and delightful experiences in complex platform environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in product design craft through simplicity, typography, interaction, and UI design.
• Case studies illustrating the full end-to-end design process from insight gathering to optimization.
• Evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration, feedback utilization, and conflict resolution within dev teams.
• Strong persuasive communication skills, both written and spoken, to articulate design narratives clearly to global colleagues.
• Potential to influence the wider design team through mentorship and sharing impactful work.

• Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to develop design strategy in partnership with leaders, understanding business, user, and technical needs.
• Proficiency in research methodologies, capable of independently conducting research with support from UX research coaches.
• Skill in envisioning and rapidly prototyping solutions, leveraging AI tools for ideation and delivery.
• Confidence in creating high-fidelity visual designs with a strong grasp of typography, color, layout, and illustration.
• Advanced interaction design skills, building usable flows and prototypes with attention to delightful details.
• Mastery of design systems, knowing when to adhere to or improve them.
• Ability to express complex flows and contribute to information architecture.
• Strong storytelling and critique skills, fostering team excellence through transparent communication.
