As a Solution Advisor, you will be the ultimate bridge between our market-leading, AI-driven Coupa Platform and our valued customers. You will partner with sales teams to become a strategic agent, understanding customer needs and devising winning sales strategies that demonstrate Coupa's power in optimizing direct and indirect spend. With your deep knowledge of direct spend and the magic of AI and AI Agents, you will be a true partner in maximizing customer profitability, productivity, growth and efficiency.

At the moment we do not have a Mexico office, making this a remote role, but you are expected to be presenting our solutions to clients on site at their offices across Mexico, adding a constant travel component to the role.

• Deep Spend Management Expertise: Possess "black belt" level knowledge in direct and indirect spend management, including complex sourcing and purchasing strategies.
• AI and Technology Acumen: Demonstrate a passion for technology, specifically a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Agents, and their revolutionary application in procurement.
• Consultative Listening: Be an active listener focused on understanding specific client needs to accurately create and propose tailored solutions.
• Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Have excellent interpersonal skills and the charisma of an incredible presenter to connect with and captivate any audience.
