A fast-growing fintech startup is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lifecycle and revenue growth. You will improve user engagement by designing journeys, analyzing data, and executing CRM campaigns across various channels. Ideal candidates have 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, are highly analytical, and possess strong communication skills. Zapp is transforming how immigrants send money home by enabling fast, fair, and simple money transfers directly through WhatsApp. We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own key lifecycle and revenue levers across retention, transaction frequency, incentives, and average transaction value. This role is perfect for someone who loves data, builds structure out of ambiguity, and drives measurable business impact.
You will design lifecycle journeys, run experiments, analyze cohort and monetization data, and partner closely with Product, Pricing, and Analytics to improve user behavior and long-term value. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to execute with precision and ownership.
Build multi-step lifecycle journeys to improve activation, repeat transactions, and reactivation.
Drive revenue growth: increase transaction frequency, average transaction per user.
Design and run experiments across incentives, pricing signals, and behavioral nudges.
Analyze retention, cohort decay, and monetization trends to diagnose performance and recommend action.
Execute and optimize CRM campaigns across WhatsApp (API), SMS, email, and in-app.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Pricing, Media, and Analytics to improve high-value flows and retention loops.
Communicate insights and next steps clearly, proactively, and with strong business context.
7-10 years in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or growth marketing.
Strong analytical skills (cohorts, funnels, LTV, ARPU, segmentation).
Experience running structured experiments and interpreting results.
Hands‑on CRM execution experience (WhatsApp API, SMS, email, or similar).
Highly organized, detail‑oriented operator with excellent follow‑through.
Strong communicator who can simplify complexity and drive alignment.
Strong marketing and copywriter chops to fully understand users and translate into proper messaging.
Direct experience working with Product & Tech teams.
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish
SQL or strong product analytics experience.
Background in fintech, marketplaces, or high‑frequency consumer apps.
Experience with incentives, behavioral pricing, or revenue optimization experiments.
