A home services company is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their People Ops team. This role will focus on building relationships with leaders to implement HR initiatives and improve organizational strategies. The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of HRBP experience, be fluent in English, and be adept at analyzing data to influence decisions. This position is remote and requires self-driven individuals who can manage multiple projects effectively.

Formación

• 4-5+ years of HRBP / generalist experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Ability to review, analyze and tell a story with data.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate organizational health using data.
• Interpret and provide guidance to leaders utilizing qualitative and quantitative data.
