We seek a SaaS Project Manager to lead client implementations, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive long-term success with our SaaS product.

As a key player in our small, boutique company, you'll work directly with clients – ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.

This role requires a tech‑savvy project / delivery manager with a people‑first approach, capable of managing multiple projects while building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Project Management – Manage the development and maintenance of our app.
• SaaS Implementations – Own the end‑to‑end delivery process, from kickoff to onboarding, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
• Manage Client Relationships – Serve as the main point of contact, address concerns proactively, and help clients achieve their goals with our software.
• Gather & Document Requirements – Work closely with clients to define their needs, create test cases, and guide them through UAT.
• Monitor & Optimize Client Experience – Track system usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic recommendations for success.
• Testing – Conduct functional testing of deliveries and new features.

What We're Looking For

• More than 3 years of experience in delivery and project management within SaaS.
• Client‑facing expertise – Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from startups to enterprise clients.
• Strong PM skills – Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and track progress using tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication – Strong verbal and written English skills to foster collaboration and provide clear updates.
• Proactive & Detail‑Oriented – Able to anticipate client needs, document processes, and ensure smooth execution.
• Education & Certifications – Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster).

Nice to Have

• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Familiarity with data and reporting tools supported by coursework or certifications in Excel, Access, SQL, or BI platforms.
• Additional SaaS or IT certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
