A technology firm is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to provide dedicated implementation support for large enterprise customers. The role emphasizes API knowledge and SQL skills, requiring over 3 years of experience in technical analysis and working with large accounts. The position is remote, with a contract length of 16 months. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in workflow diagram tools like MS Visio and Lucid Chart, and experience in project prioritization is a must.

This role will be specific to providing dedicated implementation support for one of our large enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of database design and SQL
- Knowledge of workflow diagram tools, I.e., MS Visio, Lucid Chart, etc.
- Experience in project and task prioritization and evaluation of situational urgency
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst or similar role
- 3+ years of experience working with large global, national or enterprise accounts - external clients
