Remote ABA Intake Specialist - Spanish Speaking
Job summary
A healthcare service provider is looking for an ABA Intake Specialist to serve as the first contact for families seeking autism care. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient intake and be empathetic and bilingual (Spanish preferred). Responsibilities include conducting screenings, managing intake data in Salesforce, and collaborating with clinical teams. This is a remote position based in Ciudad Juárez, offering flexible availability including evenings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare operations.
- Experience with ABA therapy or healthcare intake preferred.
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake screenings to gather missing information and confirm eligibility.
- Provide compassionate support to families, establishing trust.
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities and transition to the benefits verification team.
