This role offers a base salary of $1,500/month plus commissions and a ramp guarantee in the first two months.

Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding. You’ll work mainly Americas, plus some UK/UAE coverage on early starts.
- Remote in Latin America
- Early starts as needed (9‑hour day)
- C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near‑neutral accent)
- Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree)
- 2+ years full‑cycle closing to US/UK markets
- Serious CRM hygiene
- Work inbound leads; book, run and close calls
- Rescue no‑shows; keep deals moving to a decision
- Send proposals within 24 hours; clean handover to onboarding
- Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals
- Base: $1,500/month
- Per‑deal commission paid on client commitment
- Placement bonus
- Ramp guarantee in the first two months
- OTE at target: $5k–$7k+/month
