The Procurement Professional II will support the preparation of contracts for execution in accordance with Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions' standards, policies, and procedures. This individual will actively drive contract management, risk management, stakeholder management, and supplier management in all contract endeavors. A good understanding of the relevant areas is essential, along with developing strategies and driving results-based actions to support impacted business units.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Events: Draft and manage Requests for Information, Quotations, and Proposals for goods and services end-to-end. Analyze responses, facilitate coordination with business units, award, and down-select suppliers. Construct cost models and perform purchase price analysis to understand supplier cost structures, often coordinating with finance professionals.
• Procurement of Suppliers: Create contracts, negotiate, and draft/renegotiate contract renewals and amendments as needed.
• Benchmark providers and manage performance of Toshiba's providers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sourcing and contracts management.
• Experience supporting cross-functional negotiation teams including software engineers, lawyers, finance specialists, and other professionals.
• Expertise in maintaining control documents during negotiations, drafting contract language, and managing revisions.
• Understanding of intellectual property, indemnification, liability limitations, warranties, and confidentiality.
• Strategic sourcing experience.
• Ability to perform data analytics, identify sourcing opportunities, and analyze spend trends.
• Proficiency with Tableau, SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel, and Office 365. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Oracle is a plus.
• Advanced English skills.
