Daikin is seeking a Workday Analyst to join the HR Systems team to design, develop, and implement complex Workday solutions across HCM, Onboarding, Recruiting, and compensation streams in Mexico. You will work with stakeholders to deliver cohesive, scalable configurations and support the Mexico Workday implementation.

Competenze

• 2+ years of configuration experience within Workday HCM modules.
• Strong experience in Workday reporting and analytics for HR.
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish.

• Lead or support HCM, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Absence workstreams on a Workday implementation.
• Research and resolve daily Workday issues and design cohesive cross-functional solutions.
• Update Workday configurations in response to new requirements.
• Perform audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and change management for system modifications.
