Job summary

Siemens Energy in Mexico City is seeking a knowledgeable Workday Specialist to configure, deploy, and support our Workday solution across HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent and Absence. You will act as regional contact, translate requirements into configurations, and collaborate with partners and vendors.

The role offers opportunities to lead Workday modules globally and to contribute to a transformative HR program within a company at the forefront of energy transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or business administration with hands-on Workday experience.
• Workday configuration, administration, and end-user support knowledge.
• Workday certification in one or more modules preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; integrations/analytics know-how a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional point of contact for all Workday questions and issues.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into Workday configurations for the region.
• Act as liaison between internal partners and external vendors for post-implementation support.
• Review open cases with AMS and ensure timely ticket closures.
• Provide functional and technical support and ongoing maintenance of the Workday system.
• Potentially serve as Global Functional Lead for a Workday module.
