Daikin is seeking a Workday Analyst to join the HR Systems team to design, develop, and implement complex Workday solutions across HCM, Onboarding, Recruiting, and compensation streams in Mexico. You will work with stakeholders to deliver cohesive, scalable configurations and support the Mexico Workday implementation.

We are looking for a Workday Analyst to join our Daikin HR Systems team. As a Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Workday solutions within HCM, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Absence workstreams. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of all Workday solutions for the Mexico Workday Implementation.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Lead/Support the HCM, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Absence workstreams on a Workday implementation project, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Research and resolve daily Workday process and configuration issues and design solutions that ensure all workstreams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
• Work with HR and business stakeholders to support new requirements in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements based on requirement changes.
• Identify strategies, risks, options, recommend approaches, and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements.
• Perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration.
• Design Workday solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods.
• Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications.

Requirements:

1. Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Administration, Psychology or related.
2. 2+ years of configuration experience within the specified workstreams within Workday. (HCM, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence)
3. Strong experience in Workday reporting and analytics preferably within an HR function.
4. Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices.
