Job summary

Vestas LATAM North in Mexico City seeks a Service Customer Support specialist to manage customer relationships and oversee service contracts, ensuring renewals and successful project profitability.

The role requires collaboration with Operations Managers, support to commercial negotiations, and strong communication across English and Spanish, with Portuguese desired. The position is based in Mexico City and focuses on service, sales, and maintenance of wind turbines in the region.

Qualifications

• Requires Engineering or Business Administration degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in energy.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, aiming for renewals and additional business.
• Define the strategy for customer relationship management with Operation Managers.
• Assist commercial in negotiating Service Contracts, renewals, settlements, amendments and quotes.
• Answer contractual questions from Customers, Sales Department and Service Operations.
• Ensure KPIs of Service Contracts are met and report monthly to stakeholders.
• Lead monthly meetings with Customers to ensure contractual obligations are satisfied.
• Oversee contract-related billing, invoicing, and collection activities.
• Maintain accurate information in SAP and Salesforce for contracts.
• Monitor contract availability monthly and coordinate production periods with Service Ops.
• Prepare and present monthly project reports to the board.
