• Experience in coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop warehouse staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time under pressure.
• SAP knowledge or experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Supervise inventory control activities across MTY, Veracruz and Altamira WH
• Monitor inbound and outbound material transactions to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Support special material requirements and urgent operational request
• Ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Support and develop warehouse personnel through coaching and daily guidance
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
