CIP Terra Technologies seeks a Contract Manager for its Mexico City operations to protect CIP’s contractual positions from development through closeout. You will administer contracts, safeguard obligations, and coordinate with development, EPC, Commercial and Development Directors to ensure entitlement and risk are properly addressed.

• Bachelor's degree in law, quantity surveying, engineering or a commercial discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in contracts/claims is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Pre-execution review of near-final contract drafts for administrability.
• Onboarding at execution: manage handover of executed contracts and ensure no items are lost.
• Administration: maintain contract notices, calendars and compliance with notices and variations.
• Contract administration: manage land rights, interconnection, EPC, O&M, insurance and other contracts with delegated authority.
• Correspondence discipline: ensure positions are consistent and well evidenced.
• Claims, variations & disputes: support entitlement analysis, issue notifications and challenge external experts as needed.
• Closeout: support final accounts, release of securities and completion certification.
