Job summary

CIP Mexico is seeking a Contract Manager to safeguard CIP's contractual positions across development, construction and operations, based in Mexico City. You will administer contracts, manage notices, time-bars and conditions-precedent, and coordinate with the Project Manager and PMO.

You bring 5–8+ years in contract administration on major EPC/renewables projects, with a law/engineering/commercial degree, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, engineering or commercial discipline.
• 5–8+ years in contract administration or commercial/legal management on EPC/renewable-energy projects.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Pre-execution review of near-final drafts for administrability; flag gaps before signature.
• Administer and transition executed contracts; maintain obligations register and critical-date calendars.
• Support entitlement analysis for claims and variations; draft notifications and variation instructions.
• Coordinate with Project Manager/PMO; ensure notices, deliverables, warranties, and securities are tracked.
• Closeout support: final accounts, release of securities, completion certification.
