Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Renewable Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of two years' experience providing technical support to customers.
• Familiarity with communication networks and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for customers providing technical support.
• Manage requests and incidents reported by customers.
• Suggest improvements for GPM platforms and manage documentation.
