Job summary

Vestas LATAM North in Mexico is seeking a Service Customer Support professional to engage with customers, oversee service contracts, and support project profitability while helping to meet regional sales objectives. The role requires 3-5 years in a customer-facing position in the energy market, fluency in Spanish and English, and knowledge of contract and project management.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Administration degree.
• Contract and Project management knowledge.
• Language skills: Spanish and English fluent, Portuguese desired.
• Wind turbine, Energy or Aircraft industry experience would be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and secure renewals of Service Contracts.
• Define common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with Operation Managers).
• Assist the commercial department in negotiating new Service Contracts, Renewals, Settlements, Amendments and Additional Services quotations.
• Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, Sales Department and Service Operations.
• Ensure fulfilment of Service Contracts KPIs.
• Lead monthly and regular meetings with Customers, assuring compliance of contractual obligations.
• Deal with technical open cases resolution process and collaborate with Product Support, Engineering, etc.
• Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of fees, variables, aftersales, bonus and penalties.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and overdue management.
• Ensure correct information in SAP and Salesforce related to the Contract.
• Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer.
• Maintain Monthly Reports deliveries to Customers.
• Prepare project monthly reports and present it to the board.
