Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Contract Performance Manager to lead end-to-end energy services and maintenance contracts in the Monterrey, Mexico City, or Queretaro area. You will own the full P&L, manage customer relationships, and coordinate field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Travel up to 50% is required as you partner with Sales to grow the regional business and deliver on the annual operating plan. Bilingual Spanish/English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Significant experience in services, contract management, or customer-facing roles in energy generation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, costs, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for customers, managing full lifecycle of services and maintenance contracts with SQDC accountability.
• Own the P&L for contract portfolio, track financials against plan, manage budgets, and identify risks/opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to pursue commercial growth within the region.
• Oversee field services engineering and facility operations ensuring safety and quality.
• Build strong customer relationships through on-site presence and proactive issue resolution.
