Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related engineering field.
Internship or co-op experience in engineering, renewable energy, or project-based environments is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and analytical tools; knowledge of AI tools and BI is a plus.
Advanced English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
Candidate should be proactive, a good team player, and capable of strong communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Support the performance improvement project for the installed wind turbine fleet across Latin America, aiming to improve availability, material consumption, quality issues, and cost per turbine per year.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and statistics for monthly performance reviews published on SharePoint.
Analyze and report on Windhub cases (internal ticketing system), generating insights and performance metrics.
Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.
Contribute to reducing the team's workload by optimizing processes and leveraging AI to manage Windhub cases related to logistics and similar topics.
