Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical customer service or proposal engineering.
• Fundamental mechanical and electrical knowledge with understanding of pumps, controls, and water technology applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance to customers on product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, and pricing to ensure functionality in practice.
• Manage packaged system projects—from specification review to submittals and technical support.
• Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise in packaged systems and control solutions.
• Handle complex inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely RFI/RFQ turnaround and high resolution rates.
