Job summary

Grundfos in Mexico is seeking a Senior CSSC Front Line Representative to provide engineering-driven support to OEM customers and internal stakeholders. You will guide product selection, troubleshoot, and manage orders to ensure delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes SAP-based pricing, advanced product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment. English fluency and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Engineering degree with 1–3 years in customer service, technical support, or order management.
In-depth knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD/MM) and experience with customer service software and databases.
Strong product and application knowledge — ability to interpret type keys, identify pumps, spare parts, kits, and motors.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Provide commercial and technical advice on customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat.
Create offers and quotations using product and pricing knowledge.
Track offers and quotations per sales guidelines.
Provide pricing and delivery information through pricing systems and SAP.
Promote digital tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet); handle export docs and record complaints/returns.
Support master data creation and resolve escalated inquiries as 2nd line.
Plan and prioritize tasks to maintain service delivery and support leadership initiatives.
