Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a CSSC Application Engineer in Apodaca, NL, to provide expert technical support and application engineering for pump systems across multiple channels. You will size pumps, assist with tenders, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor the CSSC Back Office, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's in Engineering with 3+ years experience, English communication, and ERP/MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of pumps and pumping systems, including control panels, motors, motor protection systems, variable speed drives, and accessories.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support including detailed product sizing, application engineering, system integration, and accessory selection across phone, email, live chat, and messaging channels.
• Support sales teams by managing technical aspects of tenders and mid-scale projects, delivering accurate specifications, dimensions, and engineering calculations.
• Develop tailored solutions by collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal performance and practical implementation in diverse customer environments.
• Handle complex and escalated inquiries and quotations, including HX and accessories, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities and hand over leads to external sales while implementing value-added services to enhance customer relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and support to CSSC Back Office team members to elevate overall team capability.
