Sulzer in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico, seeks a Senior Tendering Engineer to lead bid activities for major projects, balancing technical accuracy with commercial strategy. Formación
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Application Specialist in the pump industry.
- Advanced proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing).
- Experience leading or supervising teams is desirable.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare quotations for major projects with sales, regional managers, distributors, and alliance managers.
- Assist management with tender signoffs under the DoA framework.
- Propose innovative solutions to clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Supervise Application Engineers I and II to ensure alignment, productivity, and growth.
- Bridge Sales, operations, and offshore factories to support regional objectives.
- Analyze specifications, define scope, evaluate buy-out components, and manage clarifications.
