• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• 1+ year US market collections experience in a call center.
• Proven ability to negotiate and collect on delinquent accounts.
• Creativity and resourcefulness when working with delinquent customers.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting goals.
• Coachability and willingness to follow through on feedback.
• Adaptability to different personalities and high pressure.
• Discretion with confidential and compliance-related information.
• Solid MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a lead queue of US accounts to contact by phone, text, or email to set up payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements that get results while treating customers with respect.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, using active listening.
• Respond to texts and emails with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Resolve problems and de-escalate conflicts when needed.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit collections team.
• Meet and beat monthly collection goals and KPIs.
• Work in full compliance with FDCPA and US regulations.
