Job summary

Genesis Management is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead our collections operations in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You will coach a 3–6 member team, drive performance, and ensure adherence to FDCPA and CFPB regulations, reporting to Operations leadership.

We offer a competitive MXN salary range plus an unlimited team bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a strong emphasis on growth and development within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience managing a collections team in a call center environment.
• Leadership experience overseeing a collections team of 5+ agents.
• Proven experience conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and coaching sessions.
• Demonstrated experience hiring, training, and developing collection agents.
• Track record of meeting recovery targets as a collections team leader.
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a 3–6 collections specialists team and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
• Develop collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve KPIs.
• Handle escalated cases with compliant negotiation and resolution.
